As CEO of the Sterling-Rock Falls YMCA, Trish enjoys working with staff and volunteers to ensure a strong Y for the future generations while strengthening the foundation of our community through programs and services that focus on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
Senior Youth Development Director
Jamie started her career with the YMCA in 2012 in the Aquatics Department, and recently joined the Sterling-Rock Falls YMCA as the Senior Program Director of Youth Development. Jamie enjoys working with an outstanding team with a goal of serving the youth in this community.
Senior Membership & Marketing Director
Sydni joined the YMCA in 2018 as the Senior Director of Membership & Marketing. Having grown up in the Sterling-Rock Falls area, Sydni enjoys spreading the mission & message of the YMCA throughout the community by providing meaningful programming, building relationships, and strengthening YMCA member partnerships.
Tom brings over 20 years of construction and maintenance experience to the Sterling-Rock Falls Family YMCA as the Maintenance Director. His priority is the comfort and cleanliness of the YMCA to enhance our member’s experience.
Aquatics and Youth Sports Director
Debra Mortonson, aquatic and youth sports director, brings over 25 years of YMCA experience to the Sterling-Rock Falls Y. Because of her dedication the Y, Deb received 2013 YMCA Spirit Award. Deb is driven by the Y cause, “My goal is to be a positive role model, inspiring and working to help those we serve and make the community better.”
Director of Engagement
Ashley Richter started her career at the YMCA in 2014 when she started as the School and Community Wellness Coordinator. She later moved into her role as the Engagement Director and began to oversee Wellness, Fitness, Personal Training, and Member Engagement. Ashley loves being able to serve the community and help create a positive member experience.
YMCA Camp Benson Director
Eli joined the YMCA Camp Benson staff in January of 2015. Before coming to Camp Benson, he spent a few years traveling around the country working at a number of overnight summer camps primarily as an environmental education instructor, with the last being Frost Valley YMCA in New York. Eli looks forward to partnering with parents to help campers grow and develop into respectful, responsible adults.
