Meet Your Health Goals in 2023!

This 8 week program challenges you to get fit for the New Year. We’ll provide you with a personal trainer as a health coach for you to work in a small team of people to help meet your goals. This small group atmosphere will provide motivation, accountability, and inspiration. Health coaches will provide weekly team workouts and weekly weigh ins. We will also be offering team and individual prizes throughout the program. During the challenge you will receive:

-15 minute orientation and intake for initial weigh in & measurements
Weekly weigh ins
Weekly 1-hour team workouts, 1 time per week
Support from Y staff and other participants

Overall winning team will be selected by number of fitness classes, team workouts, and weigh ins attended. Overall weight loss winners from each team will be selected based on percent-age of body weight lost.

Mondays with Sarah from 5:30-6:30pm
Tuesdays with Sarah from 4:00-5:00pm
Wednesdays with Ganesa from 10:15-11:15am
Thursdays with Ganesa from 5:30-6:30pm
Fridays with Sarah from 10:00-11:00am

Challenge Dates: January 2-February 24 (8 weeks)
Cost: $60 Members/ $80 for Non Members
