Meet Your Weight Loss Goals in 2020
This 8 week program challenges you to get fit for the New Year. We’ll provide you with a personal trainer as a health coach for you to work in a small team of people to help meet your goals. This small group atmosphere will provide motivation, accountability, and inspiration. Health coaches will provide weekly team workouts and weekly weigh ins. The overall winning team members will win a group party. Additional prizes will be given to the overall weight loss winners (one person chosen from each team). Register By January 8th
Challenge Dates: January 13-March 6 (8 weeks)
Cost: $40 members/ $60 for non-members
*Program limited to 40 people
During the challenge you will receive:
-15 minute orientation and intake for initial weigh in & measurements
-Weekly weigh ins
-Weekly 1-hour team workouts, 1 time per week
-Support from Y staff and other participants
Overall winning team will be selected by number of fitness classes, team workouts, and weigh ins attended.
Overall weight loss winners from each team will be selected based on percentage of body weight lost.
Weekly team workout times are:
-Mondays from 5:30-6:30pm with Andrea
-Wednesdays from 8:00-9:00am with Kristin
-Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00pm with Michael
-Fridays from 10:00-11:00am with Angela
