
Meet Your Health Goals in 2023!
This 8 week program challenges you to get fit for the New Year. We’ll provide you with a personal trainer as a health coach for you to work in a small team of people to help meet your goals. This small group atmosphere will provide motivation, accountability, and inspiration. Health coaches will provide weekly team workouts and weekly weigh ins. We will also be offering team and individual prizes throughout the program. During the challenge you will receive:
-15 minute orientation and intake for initial weigh in & measurements
–Weekly weigh ins
–Weekly 1-hour team workouts, 1 time per week
–Support from Y staff and other participants
Overall winning team will be selected by number of fitness classes, team workouts, and weigh ins attended. Overall weight loss winners from each team will be selected based on percent-age of body weight lost.Â

–Mondays with Sarah from 5:30-6:30pm
–Tuesdays with Sarah from 4:00-5:00pm
–Wednesdays with Ganesa from 10:15-11:15am
–Thursdays with Ganesa from 5:30-6:30pm
–Fridays with Sarah from 10:00-11:00am
Challenge Dates: January 2-February 24 (8 weeks)
