BARRE: Barre is a dynamic, energizing class that integrates the ballet barre, weighted balls, resistance bands and other equipment to provide a full body stretch and strength workout.

CARDIO FLOW: Combines yoga and sport for a unique mind-body experience. Classes feature traditional yoga poses and moves quickly to elevate your heart rate, then slows down to focus on strengthening and breathing. 

REVOLVE360: Join us for spin cycle classes held at Challand Middle School. Spots are limited and bikes need to be reserved weekly by calling the YMCA on Sundays starting at 10am. 

TRX, KETTLEBELLS & CORE: This class is a full body workout that uses TRX suspension bands and kettle bells to develop strength, endurance, balance and core stability.

GET FIT: A great way to start your day – stretching, toning, cardio intermixed together. We strive to work on all parts of the body each class. Steps, weights, balls and bands used.

HIIT FIT MIX: This High-Intensity Interval Training is a compact class that aims to push you to your max for a short period of time followed by rest & then repeated. Every week something new is highlighted in this variety class.

KICKBOXING: A fast-paced cardio class for all fitness levels. This class uses a variety of equipment to promote a full body workout. Get ready to squat, build, and tone in this fun, energizing class.

POUND ROCKOUT WORKOUT: POUND is a full-body cardio jam session with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, and isometric movements so you can drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique.

POWER PUMP: Power Pump is a barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and body weight.

SILVERSNEAKERS®: Designed for our senior population! Exercises help with strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, and agility. A chair is provided if needed.

WERQ: WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat.

#YNOT45: This class has it all; running, plyometrics, and strength training! Held in the gym this class promotes taking 45 minutes out of your day to get in a good solid workout.

Remember to do what your body is comfortable with–it’s completely fine to modify movements!!

All Group Fitness classes are included in your YMCA membership–so there’s no risk in trying them all!!!
