AQUATICS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Joyful Joints: Designed for people who need a low impact workout, this class incorporates a slower pace with movements designed to take various body muscles through their full range of motion. Great for those with arthritis or joint issues. 

Silver Swimmers: A class specifically focused for active older adults. All levels & abilities are welcome!

Let’s Make Waves: A challenging and fun 60-minute, non-stop, well-rounded advanced water workout.

Water Yoga: A 45-minute class focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance. 

Water Dance (Formerly Water Zumba): Classic water aerobics with a Latin flavor! Similar to Zumba, Water Dance is a low-impact, high energy aquatic exercise class where not swimming skills are needed.
