We are hiring a CATCH Coordinator! This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Through a partnership with the CGH Health Foundation, Sterling Public Schools, Rock Falls District #13, and Montmorency School, the CATCH coordinator carries out the CATCH program to the school sites. CATCH stands for Coordinated Approach to Child Health. They follow CATCH curriculum and the goals of increased physical activity, nutritional education, and reduced screen time. This is a 25 hour/week part-time position.
