Jump in for open swim! Open swim is available for active members of the Sterling-Rock Falls Family YMCA. Here are some additional details you need to know:
- Reservations are NOT required for open swim. Two lap lanes will be available during open swimÂ
- Locker rooms and showers will be available
- Swimmers ages 9 and under are required to be accompanied in the pool by an adult
