Now you can with our small group weight training premium class! Classes meet 1x a week for 4 weeks and are led by ACE certified Personal Trainer Ganesa.
Classes will be offered monthly on Wednesdays from 9-10am or Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm. Register today to reserve your spot!

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

Ganesa has been a part of the Y team since 2015. Currently, she leads Ynot45, FitMix, and TRX & Kettlebell fitness classes. She also co-leads a youth running group, Girls On The Go. Her passion is to move and continue moving throughout all phases of life. She strives to empower clients by helping them gain the ability and knowledge to take ownership of their health and fitness by making informed decisions/choices in their daily lives. CREDENTIALS: LPN license, ACE personal trainer certification, BollyX, WerQ, American Red Cross CPR certified.
