Get Support! Get Motivation! Get Fit!

Join us for this VIRTUAL 5-week fitness program that will provide participants with a training plan developed by YMCA Personal Trainers.

Participants will be added into a private Facebook group and will receive new workouts posted daily that they can complete at home. We will be providing daily workouts Monday-Friday for 5 weeks.

This is a great way to be part of a group, have fun and have some accountability partners! Register by April 17th.
